Rob McDaniel was born and raised in Pensacola. He received his degree in Economics from the University of Florida in 1994. He then received his Juris Doctor degree from the University Of Mississippi School of Law in Oxford, Mississippi in 1999.
Rob is one of the most experienced Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys in Northwest Florida. He has handled hundreds of bankruptcy cases in Escambia, Santa Rosa and Okaloosa counties for more than a decade. He appreciates the importance of providing his clients with a second chance, regardless of their financial predicament. Due to Rob having been the first attorney to successfully modify a mortgage in the Pensacola Division of the Northern District of Florida through Chapter 13 Bankruptcy,he was invited to serve on a state wide panel at the Mortgage Modification Mediation Summit in Orlando, Florida in 2014. The summit aided in the development of the Northern District Bankruptcy Court's Mortgage Modification Mediation (MMM) program. The program has been very successful in helping families keep their homes.
